Besides concerts, Tavastia is also well suited for daytime seminars, discussion events, corporate parties, galas, holiday parties, staff appreciation days, and even weddings! Restaurant Ilves’ kitchen prepares delicious catering options, ranging from breakfast and lunch to seated dinners and street food buffets.

• Maximum capacity: Standing 700, seated 200 people
• Daytime events (Monday–Thursday) venue rental from €3,865 + VAT (up to 100 people)
• Evening events (Monday–Thursday) venue rental from €5,025 + VAT (up to 150 people)

The venue rental at Tavastia includes space usage for the defined number of guests, basic staff, in-house PA system, cleaning, and pre-production. Larger events up to maximum capacity can also be arranged! Additional staff, extra furniture, additional equipment, and food and beverage services are charged separately. Exact pricing depends on the number of guests, event type, program, catering, and setup.

Tavastia’s weekend dates are typically booked 9–12 months in advance, so early reservations are essential. Weekday and daytime events can often be arranged on shorter notice, sometimes even within a few weeks if dates are flexible. Semifinal

Semifinal is a great venue for daytime seminars, discussions, karaoke parties, birthday celebrations, meetings, anniversaries, and even weddings! Restaurant Ilves’ kitchen offers catering options ranging from breakfast and lunch to seated dinners and street food buffets.

• Maximum capacity: Standing 100, seated 40 people
• No separate venue rental fee; instead, a minimum sales guarantee applies (€1,500–€3,000 depending on date and time)

The minimum sales guarantee at Semifinal includes space usage for the defined number of guests, basic staff, in-house PA system, cleaning, and pre-production. All pre-ordered and on-site food and beverage purchases contribute to the sales guarantee. Additional furniture, extra equipment, and additional staff are charged separately. Exact pricing depends on the number of guests, event type, program, catering, and setup.

Ravintola Ilves

Ilves is an excellent choice for daytime events, meetings, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, staff appreciation days, or large group dinners! Our in-house kitchen prepares exquisite meals tailored to any event.

• Maximum capacity: Standing approx. 80, seated approx. 60
• No separate venue rental fee; instead, a minimum sales guarantee applies (€500–€4,000 depending on date, time, and group size)

The minimum sales guarantee at Ilves includes space usage and staff. All pre-ordered and on-site food and beverage purchases contribute to the sales guarantee.

Tavastia, Semifinal, and Ilves are fully licensed for alcohol service, and each venue can have dedicated sales points. Tavastia has three sales points, while Semifinal and Ilves have one each. All venues have wireless internet access.
