Helsingin Rock and Roll Oy is best known for Tavastia Club operating on Urho Kekkosen katu in Helsinki. In addition to the activity happening on Urho Kekkosen katu, we are also restaurateurs at festivals and public events. Half of HRR oy's functions happen outside of the building. HRR oy has been collaborating with festival organisers for over 20 years, executing restaurant services to festivals and public events around Finland. HRR oy is a trustworthly, flexible and innovative partner whose basic functional thought is to work ambitiously to benefit the organiser as well as create long-term partnerships with all affiliates.
During 2019 we were the restaurateurs among other things at World Village, Provinssi, Tuska, Ruisrock, Pori Jazz Festivals and Ed Sheeran’s concerts. At the 2018 and 2019 Industry Awards HRR oy won the Production service provider of the year and Venue of the Year (Tavastia Club) awards. For the Event Organiser
We execute event specific and target group suitable services together with the event organiser. We design, test and conceptualise, and also take the event’s partners into consideration in our plans. We also get ordered services for backstages and staff of events.

Working for us?
At the biggest events of the year several hundreds of people work within the restaurant services – hence we will require a large group of people to work for us every year. With us you can e.g. sell beer, grill burgers, be a roadie, build and dismantle. The work requires stamina and the days are long but we have the most wonderful crew who to work with together.

Partnering with teams and organisations
We are looking for partners for the summer to help execute restaurant services at festivals. We are looking for various teams, organisations and their members who want to gather funding for their team or organisation’s activities. Participants must be over 18 years of age when working with alcoholic beverages. Alcohol passport or other similar qualifications are not separately needed. Please do note that majority of the shifts will be evening/night based. If you are interested in working together, please email [email protected]
