Helsingin Rock and Roll Oy is best known for Tavastia-klubi located at Urho Kekkosen katu in Helsinki. In addition, we are also restaurateurs at large music festivals, Bolt Arena and other public events and half of HRR oy's functions actially happen outside of the iconic venue of Tavastia. Event beverage services
HRR Oy has collaborated with festival organizers for over 20 years, delivering bar services at large scale festivals and public events across Finland. HRR Oy is a reliable, flexible and adaptable partner, committed to working purposefully to benefit the event organizer and building long-term partnerships with all of our collaborators.
In 2019, we provided services at festivals and events like the World Village Festival, Provinssi, Tuska, Ruisrock, Pori Jazz, and Ed Sheeran’s concerts. HRR Oy was awarded the Industry Awards for Production Service of the Year and Venue of the Year (Tavastia-klubi) in 2018 and 2019.
Event Organizer
Do you need beverage and / or food services for your event or perhaps consultation on these matters?
We work with organizers to create services tailored to the event’s theme and audience. We plan, test, and conceptualize, while also considering the event’s partners in our planning. Our services are also available for event backstage and staff areas.

Interested in working with us?
During major events, several hundred people work with us on beverage services, so we need a large team each year. Our work tasks include, among others, beverage sales, food services, logistics, building and setting up sales points and work spaces for the festival and also tear-down of the sales points and work spaces after the event has ended. The work can be demanding with long hours, but we have an incredibly dedicated and fantastic team to work alongside.

Collaboration with clubs and associations
We are looking for partners to assist with beverage services at festivals over the summer. We welcome various sports or other leisure activity clubs, associations and their members who are interested in fundraising for their activities. Participants must be over 18 due to the nature of the work involving alcohol services. No alcohol serving certificates or similar qualifications are required. Working for us?
At the biggest events of the year several hundreds of people work within the restaurant services – hence we will require a large group of people to work for us every year. With us you can e.g. sell beer, grill burgers, be a roadie, build and dismantle. The work requires stamina and the days are long but we have the most wonderful crew who to work with together.

Partnering with teams and organisations
We are looking for partners for the summer to help execute restaurant services at festivals. We are looking for various teams, organisations and their members who want to gather funding for their team or organisation’s activities. Participants must be over 18 years of age when working with alcoholic beverages. Alcohol passport or other similar qualifications are not separately needed.
