Tavastia’s ground floor is accessible. A ramp is available at the entrance, and an accessible restroom is located right after the entrance. Personal assistants can enter free of charge with the ticket holder. Please present an EU Disability Card if requested. For more information, please visit Tavastia’s website.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom fee of €4 per person will be charged. For safety reasons, coats and large bags must be left in the cloakroom

Green Ticket

By purchasing a green ticket, you support Tavastia and the Finnish Natural Heritage Foundation’s forest conservation initiative. 3 € from each ticket goes toward expanding a protected forest area. Drink service

Want to take your concert experience to the next level? Order your drinks in advance and minimize waiting time at the bar!

You may collect your drinks directly from the pickup point until the main performer’s show begins. After that, any uncollected drinks will be transferred for pickup at the lobby bar. Sales of drink packages end 2 hours before the event doors open.

Please note that all purchases are final, and we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend the show for any reason. In case the event is rescheduled or cancelled, Tavastia will contact customers who have purchased drinks in advance.
