We will collect personal data of each concert attender at the door
According to the advice of Ministry of Education and Culture and Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), we will collect event attendee data at the door. Please be prepared to show an official ID at the ticket check on the door or generate your own bar code here: https://info.tiketti.fi/en

Seating and standing at the concert
Tavastia has seating at the lobby, in the hall and at the balcony.
You may also follow the concert by standing. It is very important to keep a safe distance to the other customers throughout the concert as well as Tavastia staff and the Artist!
Breaking the safety distance or not following the rules and regulations may cause for the concert to be interrupted.
General safety guidelines
- Please wash your hands as soon as you arrive, when using the toilet and when leaving. There will be hand sanitiser offered at the entrance and elsewhere.
- Toilet spaces are limited to certain number of persons at any one time. Please take other customers and safety distancing into consideration when visiting the toilet. There are toilets at the entrance and at the back of the main hall.
- We will take care of hygiene and have increased cleaning at Tavastia. We ask our customers to wash their hands, dry their hands using single-use paper and to use hand-sanitiser. Hand-sanitiser is on offer at the restaurant area and at the toilets.
- We ask you to avoid using cash at the bar and pay by using payment cards. Please remember to keep a safe distance to other customers and staff whilst visiting the bar.

If the event is cancelled for any reason, tickets will be requested to be returned to the place of purchase and the ticket price will be refunded to the original purchaser in accordance with Tiketti's policies. If the event is postponed for any reason and the new date is not suitable, tickets can be returned to the place of purchase by the stated last return date, but no later than 2 months after the event organizer has announced a new date for the event.
